I'm very interesting in this particular web host. My question regards their billing cycle terms. Now they have a plan that states: "24 month price - $8.95/month" vs. "12 month price-$9.95/month". First off I dont really understand that figure. Second, at the end, for the 24month thing, they say: "Total amount to be charged: US $214.80" and for the 12 month they say: "Total amount to be charged: US $119.40". Does this meen I have to pay the $214.80 or $119.40 to start or are they just stating the total amount that I would pay in that term? If you want to check out the host: https://www.ixwebhosting.com

well depends some will allow monthly payments some want all the money up front. those total amount figures they got by multiplying the amount against the months with tax or whatever else included. there are cheaper out there, i would keep looking godaddy is cheaper i know.i got the delux plan with private domain name registration. 12 months for 80 dollars. they require you to pay all at once.

The $8.95/month and $9.95/month is showing you how much the service costs per month. The 24 month price is cheaper because you are agreeing to use their service for a longer amount of time. I looked at at the site, and it seems like they charge the fee monthly to your credit card. Here is the page that contains the billing information: https://www.ixwebhosting.com/index.php/v2/pages.manual12#121

I think it is total amount. If you like to create websites (usually you will end up more than 1 website, I got more than 100 websites in about 6 months' time), go for multiple web hosting services where you could host all your websites in one account. I would like to suggest following webhosting which I use, they are excellent.Hostmonster http://www.hostmonster.com/track/ryukenden/ They offer hosting of "unlimited domains" and you will get massive webspace of 300000 MB (300 GB ). They only charge $5.95/month and they offer "a free Domain Name" and installing service called "Fantastico". By using Fantastico, you could create own forum, photo gallery, shopping cart (e-commerce),your own auction site and your own blogs within few seconds. They also offer "Free Website Builder" as well.Visit the site to check details.Hostmonster http://www.hostmonster.com/track/ryukenden/ More hosting visithttp://www.nicewebhosts.comDomainsFollowing site is quite good to register domains as price is reasonable with free privacy. Some charge about $5/ year just for free privacy.IPOWER http://www.anurl.com/?TXIBE
