| That gives a loan approval (subject to an appraisal) of fairly high LTV with a FICO around 680. What is this process and does every mortgage broker use one? |

| Nearly every lender uses some form of automated underwriting. If issues arise they may have to manually underwrite the file, but everything is just streamlined these days with technology. |
