Yes, as 50 dollars for a lead is nothing to the price of a home

I tried several different lead-selling scams and never got any good results. Most of the time, the leads that I paid for never panned out because it was impossible to reach the people who "said" that they wanted to buy or sell. Others were completely worthless, even though the company claimed to screen them. I've now decided to run screaming from all of these things and just continue doing what I do best ... I'm getting the level of business that I'm satisfied with just by paying myself for working!

paying for leads never worked for me too much money and no resultsthe best way i have found is to find a lender to work with that gets lots of clients. I work will negotiate for their approved buyers and get referrals Thur them. I get listings from the friends of the buyers friends! And in turn refer them to DirectLendingPlanet.com they consistantly get the job done! I connected with the people at directlendingplanet after i refinanced. i get at least 2 approved leads a month. and at least one closing average a month.find a lender in your area the company I am with lends in a large part of the US good luck!

I have never heard anything positive about purchasing leads. One Realtor told me he was paying $79 a lead to a company touting high quality leads and never got a real lead. Some Realtors that have spent a bunch of time and money to set up workshops and classes trying to meet buyers and sellers, only to have no one show up.Quality leads are not easy, that is for sure.

Paying for leads is a scam. The only people that make money are the companies selling the leads.I use to get these calls every week.Would you like quality leads every day. Stupid Question. My answer now is "Absolutely"Are you an agent?Well, no but we have quality leads. How do you know they are quality leads??? Because we say so. Let me get this straight. You guys have figured out how to get someone to fill out a form and you call that a quality lead? Most salesmen at this point realize I'm onto them and hang up.P.S. I've had much better success keeping in contact with my past clients.I get more "Qualified Leads" than any I have purchased from Homegain, Service Master, House Values.com etc.Hope this helps.Terry S.http://www.Welcome2Arizona.com
