| The business is a real estate investment business, in which I would be a partner with other investors to purchase tax foreclosure properties. |

| If you're in Chap 13 you had a lawyer, right? I would talk to them. But my understanding is that as long as you have a plan with the state or feds to pay back your debts, you can do what you want with your other money.
