| I am a Mortgage Broker. I was checking on rates for a client last Friday 11-9-07. He decided to wait until Monday 11-12-07 to lock a rate. The markets should be closed for Veterans Day. Why did the rates change? Hedging? Please help. |

| What you are saying does not make any sense, why would you wait until Monday instead of locking Friday if you didn't expect a change? Closed for Veterans day or not the soonest you could lock would be during a time that it could change ... right? Were you planning on locking the milisecond markets opened Eastern time on Tuesday? |
