My son is twelve years old and wants to play Grand Theft Auto San Andreas I am fully aware of the modification called Hot Coffee and my son tells me it is only in the Playstation 2 and Computer versions so I trust that this is true but i need your opinion should I allow my son to play this game. He is a good kid and has never been in trouble. He understands that games, movies TV shows, etc. are fantasy and not real but I am still worried about the content of the game. Any opinions?

YO let him play the game, the more u get him away from it, the more he is going to want it, and he is going to play it behind ur back, just let him!!!! awesome game!!!!!!

If he is a good kid then maybe he can. There is alot of cussing in that game and extreme violence

I say let him play it. My brother played Doom, Grand Theft, and a wide variety of other games, many violent ones. He's fully capable of understanding it is only a game, and he is not violent at all from playing them. As long as your son understands that it is make believe, I think he should be able to play it.

I think it is fine but if he starts acting up take it away.Also make sure he understands the rights and wrongs about it.

as long as he realizes the game is not reality, there is no harm in him playing it. if your son is as you say he is and he knows right from wrong then you should allow him to play it.

I have the game and personally, I think your decision should be based completely on your son maturity level. The content is a factor, but the big picture is, do you think your son can handle it?

i was around your sons age when i started playing the gta series so i would say yes let him play it and if hes responsible you shouldnt be worried about him playing it.
