| Right now I manage and operate a real estate investment company with a small (15 buildings) portfolio of apartment buildings. I have had a current real estate license for 7 years now. I want to start selling apartment buildings but would like to have some ideas of where to start. I want to be very successful and pull in in access of $100K a year. I have money in savings but not enough to get me through more then 2 months with out an income at all.Should I start as an assistant, how much do they make to begin with? Should I start with a larger brokerage? Is this a career direction that is recommended? Any info would be great.Thank you. |
