VGA is old news, pretty outdated, specially if your using a high speed connection. Looking at the way you described it, I assume you saw it on eBay, I bought one just like that off of ebay. The one I received was junk, the lens was zoomed in so far that even from across my desk my whole face wouldn't fit into the image.I've updated since then and have a 1 mega pixel cam (2 MP cams are out now), and it works much better. I would hold out untill you can get a better one, unless your just really dieing for one right away.
