The MLS that I work with you would have to call them and do it for you. Thus you giving them what you want and they do an excel spreadsheet for you.The MLS server that I use wont do it anymore. I would call your MLS and see if they will do it. Otherwise you are in for alot of manual input.

Hi, what you want to do is download it in csv format or text format and then pull it up in msworks or any data base program.

From the screen that shows you the list, you should be able to select everything, copy, then go to excel and paste it. If its like our MLS, you may have to format how you want it, and then copy, paste special (values) on to a new spreadsheet. (Our report comes up with those bubbles that you select - well in Excel I can never seem to get rid of them, so I copy/paste special in a new spreadsheet) I run an expired report for my agents monthly, as a reminder of listings that are about to expire. You could call your local MLS office and ask to speak with tech support and they should help you with that! Good luck
