| Okay you need to do the following:1. Approach big estate agents and allow them to advertise their listings for free. You can find who the relevant agents are from findaproperty.com etc etc2. Increase your user traffic either by Paid Search or Natural SEO methods.3. Find a way for users to register with your site so that you can market directly to them. Opted in Email lists are hugely valuable to advertisers especially if it is made up of high net worth individuals.4. Get publicity for your site both online and through the traditional press. This will generate Word of Mouth buzz.Lastly there are loads of global real estate websites out there so think of what your site USP is and then promote that like mad. Once you have the user traffic and a defined market niche the advertisers will be biting off your hand to advertise with you.All the best.Susan |
