If you ordered on credit card, within the last 3 days, you can call the credit card agency and place a "Buyer's Remorse" claim. When you receive the package, DO NOT open it. Send it back registered mail, and tell the company why you are returning it.You will be responsible for shipping fees to and from your residence Sad but hopefully most of the $$ will be coming back to you! Some local TV stations have segments about your $$, and they may even step in to help you, if you let them cover your story on TV.

If you really are interested in real estate investment, it is better just to go to your city library and check out books for free on how to do it.
