| I am looking for a house to buy with easy commute to Lockheed. I need to work with a mortgage broker to get pre-qualified. I would also like some neighborhood, high school info. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks, Tim |

| I'm not sure if now is the right time to buy. You may want to rent for a year and see what happens with the market. There are so many foreclosures, the market needs to settle.You may buy a house now and it be worth much less in a year. Plus, you should not commit yourself to one neighborhood. Florida is unpredictable...You have good and bad, all in the same town. Beware! |

| contact a local real estate agent, they can be a great resource for you. also, check with your company, lockheed, they may have agents they can refer you to help answer all your questions |
