| I have tried looking for it online at various sites including the county's clerk office but no dice. i want to use the MLS data base but I can't seem to locate it/use it?! I appreciate all help Thanks!!!!! |

| In this case your best bet would be to either go to the courthouse and look thru the record books or call a real estate office and ask the agent on duty to email you the history of the listing. (This would be the perfect time to call in a favor if you have a buddy that's in the business!) The same MLS database that agents use is generally not available to the public so I wouldn't waste anymore time looking for it. When you go to the courthouse, go to the tax assessor's office and tell them what kind of information you're looking for. They should be more than happy to help you locate it.
