Property was purchased on court house steps. Now I get bills for outstanding monies owed. Is there any legal documentation I could read/print that lets me know where I stand with this issue.?

They are due and they are your bills. A foreclosure does not forgive back taxes or association dues. Try the code of laws for the state you bought in.

You bought the property, you owe the money.Thats why a title search is so important.

The taxes "run with the land" and whomever buys the property buys it subject to the taxes. The subdivision dues are most likely due also; I'd have to pull records.

You should know that anything bought that way is due to unpaid monies owed. The only documentation you need is the bills you get. Ignoring them will result in your (for the moment) property being seized by creditors.NEVER buy real property without a title search.
