I am just not a user. Whenever I got to a new job for example, I get all into it and take on so much and organize the department until I am completely frazzled. I just came out of a partnership with another real estate agent whereby we had an agreement to split commission and expenses and work together. Now she's saying the closing we have coming up in August is the result of HER lead and that she only owes me an asst. fee.... she says it's time for me to go out on my own and that she never intended to be partners. Theres alot more to this, but it would take up 6 pages. The thing is... why do I always get myself into theses situations, I go 24/7 into whatever I do and make everything happen, get overloaded, frustrated and then dumped at the convenience of the other person... be it relationship, work, friend, etc. My husband says I am just too nice, but the thing is... I am 50 years old now and I don't think I can even recognize what I need to do to change? Advise?

well i am glad that your not a user,but you need to stand up for yourself,don't be a push over especially in business,because people will take advantage of you,from now on get everything in writing,when it comes to business,you see there are a lot of crooks in business,and they will take you for a ride when ever they feel they can,there is nothing wrong with being a nice person,but in business you have to think the way other people do,all business
