I review files and clear files once it has been sold to a vendor. I want to be able to work from home. I know how to put a file together in reference to people looking for homes. I know how to manage apartments. I am desperate to open my own company and I am not sure where to give my services.

Now is the time of the baby boomer!!! The Baby Boomers have single handily changed this country. Many are in retirement now... most have lots of time and money. What do people with more time and more money do???... They travel!!! The best opportunity for a home based business is an online travel business. Think about it...if you had more time and more money what would you do? Travel, travel, travel. If you would like to find out more about what I'm sharing with you, email me and I will get you the proper introduction to this explosive industry. The travel industry is the hottest trend on the planet, bar none. 7 trillion dollars were spent on travel last year and the experts believe it will boom to 10 trillion very soon. In the USA alone 1.3 trillion dollars were spent on travel that is 2.5 million dollars every 60 seconds. Wouldn't you like to tap into this? Just a tiny bit? Also, over 80% of that travel was booked on line. If you know people; friends or family, who travel and book that travel online then you already have a customer base that can at the very least, afford you the same perks and advantages that travel agents receive. Not to mention the tax advantages of being a business owner. Turn your vacations into Paycations!!! As far as building a residual income the possibilities are endless, it is all up to you. You could also help the nonprofit org that you are a supporter of like your church, kid's soccer club or what have you..with a fund raising program that is 24-7-365 forever. Why do you think Travelocity spends 5Mil a month on adverting? Most travel sites spend 60-80% of their profits on advertising. Berry Diller a gazillionaire spent 5.1 billion for Expedia, do you think he did a little research before he pulled the trigger on that investment? Donald Trump is in travel now as well as Magic Johnson. They didn't do it for fun they did it for money!!! My home based online travel business has the same deals if not better than Travelocity, Orbitz, Hotels.com, Expedia or any other heavily advertised travel site in the world. The difference is that when my friends and family book travel instead of some unknown entity receiving the profits, my home based business receives the lion's share of those profits. My travel site has the same products too!!! Over 55000 hotels and resorts around the world, all the major cruise lines and all the major airlines rental cars...you get the picture. To top it off the company I am partnered with has a bullet proof offer. If you are willing to invest your time, effort and energy along with less than $2300.00 US dollars the organization guarantees you a $6000.00 return in 12 months. There is no other investment vehicle that I am aware of that can offer you that kind of return on investment. Not bad for a part-time homebased business, wouldn't you think? They do this because they believe their system works if you work it. What they are saying is that "we have a system that works and we stand behind the system with the guarantee." The initial investment does not have to be $2300.00 you can start your turn key operation with less than $500.00 or if you want no initial investment at all and they'll give you a website to market your new business with and they'll train you on how to build it. Whether you want to make a little money and travel like a pro or you want to build a huge organization, you can. This is not a get rich quick scheme, you will have to commit to your own success and there will be people like myself to assist you in capturing your dreams rather then wishing for them to come true. Good luck in your quest for financial freedom. www.travelproinsider.com, wwwtravelproincome.com. Kind regards, Ron P. Live Healthy & Wealthy EMPOWER YOURSELF!!! THERE IS NO SUBSTITUTE FOR INTEGRITY!!!

The first thing you'll need to do is see if you need to be liscenced. As a real estate agent I have to complete a certain amount of education and pass exams. I currently hold a sale person's license. Although I have my own business, I must work for 3 years under the supervision of a broker. In addition, you'll need to see if it's legal to have a mortgage broker license and a real estate license at the same time. In most states it is considered a conflict of interest. You could also look into being a virtual assistant, http://www.ireaa.com/
