places like bargain network or free and clear real estate all talk about getting houses for cheap. if this is not true then how are they in bussines to even sale anything? im sure they dont have people by the thousands buying their stuff cause its too good to be true.it seems that it better to think of your own scam and put it on t.v and get rich that way!!lol

The real estate 'system' sellers rely on an unending supply of gullble buyers, and that supply seems to be holding up well. If they didn't sell enough to make money, you'd see the informercials disappear rapidly.

They are not necessarily scams, but they are very persuasive. They have many examples of successes, but they don't tell you what percentage of their clients fail. The problem is that with any endeavor, it can work if you work hard at it. They shows and school make it sound easy, but when you get out there in the field, you find out that it takes hard work and a lot of effort. These shows make a lot of money selling their courses, but many of the people who pay for the courses find out that it is not a easy and it sounds, and they give up.

Think of it this way. If you buy the program it's about 100 profit for them. It flipping houses, etc was so great, why would they waste their time selling tapes.Because that's where the money is located.
