| Real estate sales as in a real estate agent? Things have been slow recently because homes are harder to sell. So if you have a seller as a client then you need to have patience. For buyer clients, they may become more picky as more options are out there and they don't have to worry much about bidding against another buyer. But overall, you should be all right as long as you work hard and work smart!If you are thinking about investing, buy and hold is the way to go right now. |

| Are you ready to write a business plan? Do you have capital to get your business started? Do you think you have what it takes to market properties and help people buy and sell? Then ok, go for it. But know this, it takes all of the above and more, it takes discipline, time management skills, people skills, and more than the usual job. Nights, weekends... As for the industry now? Well if you've paid any attention to the news you must know the industry is struggling right now. The real estate field is hard enough in a good market, but when you have so many agents in any one market, and it's a bad market, guess what happens? You starve. I've been in the business almost 20 years and I have never seen it this bad. Some are doing well, most aren't. I'm stuggling big time. So you decide. We all joke that it is such an easy business to get into, but damned hard to stay in. Good Luck!I |

| I am a Realtor in Michigan and it's going great for me. Make sure you find the right company to go with. It can make or back your experence. I am will Keller Williams Realty and they have great train and support. |
