My purchase agreement has the contingency for 95% loan financing. Due to change in Market, I am unable to get 95% loan. Financial contingency had to be removed today (Nov 12th). I have faxed a plain letter to the Broker as well as the Escrow company notifying the inability to get the loan.What is the process to Cancel the agreement. Please guide.Thanks in Advance
