| Anyone know where I can find a contract for my fiance and I? We are buying a home (but are not yet married and do not know what that will be), and would like a contract stating that if we were to break up, we would either:a. Come to an agreement for one person to keep the home. The person keeping the home will "buy out" the other and giving them 1/2 the profit of equity in the home.b. If no agreement can be made, we sell the property and split the profit. |
