| I don't have a ton of money but would like to get some smaller properties just to sit on for a while. I have looked at what some realtors have available, but they seem to mostly deal with big ranches that are millions of dollars. I'm looking cheaper(less desirable) land. Is there a better way to search?? |

| Go and talk to a mortgage broker and ask for listing on available properties. |

| try the website loopnet.com ......this will give you some where to look... also attend your area REI club meeting (real estate investing club)... |
