| I am having a difficult time selling my house. I just bought it 3.5 yrs ago and can't sell with a Realtor or else I will be paying to sell it. |

| You may be financially better off with contacting local Realtors and offering them 2 1/2 to 3% if they have a buyer only. NO LISTING. With todays market alot of Realtors dont want a listing that they have to spend money on and would take 2 1/2 % to send a buyer your way. Compare your carrying cost when you relocate to paying the buyers side of a commission. Just a thought. |
