| Right now it is a tough job. The Utah real estate economy sure has slowed down a lot lately. I would look for a different job right now unless you want to run the risk of not really getting paid some months. |

| Things are really tough at this point of time. However, if you think you have the right passion to make it in real estate then you are sure welcome. But don't expect that all is beautiful in here, probably you might fail many a times but then with your hard work you can always make it big. |
