| That is not going to happen. The purpose of a commission is to reward the best producers, not the best potential producers. You can get a "draw" against commissions sometimes but you do have to pay that back. They will deduct it from your commissions paid or it becomes a debt to the company if you quit or get fired. If you are going into commercial real estate, you will have to get into a training program and have them sponsor your license. When you are talking to the real estate company, one of the key questions is how do they support their new agents until you start selling things. That is probably 2-6 months after you start. |
