hard _n_tender26 was saying in one of Leonardas question that he had read some english news paper that the Greeks dont care about their environment! I agree that we need to change!BUT Hah- what ever - DID THEY SHOW UP TO HELP??????no they didn't! did they show up to help in WW2 not they just came to take our Art ,and our ancient artifacts! DID THEY GIVE IT BACK? no ,they didnt what- a surprise! they come and buy all our real estate- I think they firgure that if we can't take it by force like in the good old days - we'll just buy it! and now comes the funny part! when there is awar or catastropy where they live ,they up and leave - they don't stay put to fight and defend OR GOD FORBID TO LEND A HELPING HAND - OHHHH NO! but they need to critique the whole world as much as possible! because they have the superiority complex! what a waste of human life and the air that they breath!ARE YOU GUYS MAD AT ME FOR SAYING WHAT I THINK???(((RIB))) YIKES THAT IS SOME TYPO - DON'T KNOW HOW THAT HAPPENED! You are absolutely right. They have great ability in criticizing, but when it comes to actually doing something about it, they leave it to the natives. You see, their arrogance is such, that they believe all of us are the slaving aboriginees.They criticize openly everything that according to them is wrong, they take opportunities of cheap lands, but they never mention what is good in this country. United Kingdom have big power, we think that is US, UK Kingdom have colonies, right word Neo Colonies, in past that was Roman Empire, now that is still British empire, we think that we have democracy, but that is not truth, Great powers with help of mediums, like TV, Internet create our opinion, in my country every politicians speak entering in EU, why?In British Parliament is written I think: Only interest is important. So they haven't interest to help you.They have power in hand and will not easy to give that power. So, that UK didn't help, didn't surprise me.There is one Empire who is opposite British Empire, we don't know who is that, maybe Russia, maybe China, maybe all Balkanic countries together.

I know hate is a strong word but perhaps it is the most suitable to express my feelings against such guys. There was an article about how ugly and grotesque the turkish flag looked like and it got me real mad. For me their government is nothing but the puppets of -you know who-, they destroyed ottoman rule in middle east and the result is today's middle east, where blood is cheap and everywhere. Not one single conflict erupted during the ottoman rule.Don't worry, just say f them.

You are correct and u have a right to be angry. But take a deep breath and don't lose sleep over it. THE GREEK GOVERNMENT needs to make sure that greece belongs to the greeks! They have this responsibility to the people they represent.

It is known that powerful countries see the others are the poor relatives...Others in the past were sperading hatred in order to control situations...The important is what they do now...And of course what we do...The marbles are there...they haev been taken by them...as many things in the museums of Europe, in times when the country was under dominations...Many things have been stolen and sold abroad, but my friend i can assure yoiu of one thing...The heads behind this...were most of the times not only the lack of knowledge and consciousness(Venus of Milos, i dont want to mention how it is now in France, it would be insult), but also some dear compatriots of ours, who have stolen so many things in order to satisfy their new rich desires(furniture fon the castello fo Rhodes, etc)...Sometimes...we are to blame if we have lost some things....

i think leonarda pinpointed this question,,,to add ,,ancient egyptian graves were raided by english and the natives helped them smuggl;e it out of egypt,,,the english handed over land who doesnt belong to them to others,.,,,and they r noble sirs,,,come on,,,,the kingdom that once had sun all time is an island of over 60 million full of problems ,,its time the uk comes down from that high chair,,,becoz it aint high and great anymore
