Well since you have a company that is just starting up I will assume that you dont have a big marketing budget. So I am going to suggest what I call Sweat marketing. This consist good old fashioned footwork. Get some postcards,flyers,brochures,door hangers, and anything else that you can think of. Brand them with your company name, logo, and slogan if applicable. From there you should really get to work knocking on doors talking to people and handing them out. Pick a high traffic store like Walmart and stand in front. As people walk out hand them your materials and say your slogan so that it will stick in their heads. Realtor traininig tells us that you are suppose to always ask. So ask everyone that you meet are they thinking of selling their home or do they know someone who is. In todays competitive market you are going to have to be different than the other 3 million agents that are trying to do the same thing you are. Hope I helped.
