| Real Estate is in decline now. I do not think immigration has anything to do with it. It's a natural movement of the market. It went down, it almost stabilized now and it will start moving up again in about 2 years. |

| If they rounded up all of the illegals and sent them home it might depress the market a bit. Doing nothing as they are isn't likely to have any noticeable impact at all. |
