| In Ontario, who can I call to report a landlord who is not supplying a furnace in his rented house?My friend has two kids and when she moved in the furnace had not been used in years. There is a wood stove that doesn't provide enough heat in the winter months. The landlord has said he would do something about the furnace last fall.This family is going to have to worry again this winter about how they are going to keep warm,and how they can afford the wood. Is it legal for the landlord to ignore the furnace issue? Can he be made to upgrade and supply heat to his house. The temperature can fall to well below freezing here.I am just wondering for her sake. |

| I don't know about Canada, but here in the US if she moved in knowing she had to heat with wood, she's pretty much stuck. She should check with the landlord now and see if he has any plans to get the furnace working. Also check with a lawyer who specializes in landlord/tenant disputes and see what the laws are in Ontario. |

| Hi, I live in Canada, this is against the LAW. There should be a "rentalsman" office in your city that she can go to. I know here we have a Supplement office, that has rental housing supplements that will help landlords with the cost of upgrading, but let's be real here.No furnace in Canada? It can get to minus 50 here some months. Unbelievable. I hate slumlords. |

| Всем, привет!!! Вижу, здесь горячие споры по поводу нового сайта. Все противники – нерешительные теоретики, а сторонники – реальные практики, на которых держится весь научный прогресс. Я пока не в сайте, но, работая кассиром в отделении Приватбанка на Оболони, часто вижу поступление платежей на счет этого сайта. Также вижу и получение приличных сумм некоторыми клиентами со счетов этого сайта. Некоторые клиенты уже по несколько раз получали. Меня это очень интересует, уже вижу, что не левый сайт. Отзовитесь, кто-нибудь, мне нужно знать нюансы работы, ролик я посмотрела несколько раз, интересно все. Как попасть на конференцию? Там еще хочу пообщаться. |
