You could use her attorney but it would not be to your advantage Best bet would be fire the one you have and get a new one.

if you are not getting what you pay for with your lawyer thenit time to get a new one it just that simple.

You cannot use your wife's lawyer, CONFLICT OF INTEREST laws.
