There were some disappointments. For example, even though the outcome of the match may not have changed, Switzerland scored a second goal on Korea when the goal scorer was clearly offsides. The assistant ref had his flag up for some time, but was overruled by the head ref.There were also some spectacular moments, such as John Terry volleying the ball out of England's net to prevent Trinidad/Tobago from scoring. Additionally, I could not take my eyes off Japan's goal keeper. There was something about his style I found fascinating.I was disappointed by the lackluster effort Brasil gave against France. I am a fan of both teams, so I thought I would have been torn, but France deserved their win. I don't know where Brasil was that day... I'll give it an 8.
