I took mine online at Champion School of Real Estate. It took about 4 months doing it part time on the weekends and at night.

My license has expired because I am retired. I thought the exam was easy, but you have to know the material. The difficulty would depend on your background and experiences. I suggest that you call several real estate schools for information on the course they offer.

There is a lot of detailed information.I highly recommend that you DO NOT take an online class. Do it in person. The course can be 2 weeks or several months. usually at night. Taking a class in person will allow you to better understand the material.

You can do it online or in class. I did it online just because of my hectic schedule. You can do it through Allied. They can send you videos to watch (SO BORING though) so it's cool It takes as much time as you need. I took like 3 weeks.
