California has been hit hard with defaults and a declining real estate market . Use to be arson investigators looked at your financial records to see if you had a reason to torch your own home . Well the mortgage companies stand to recoup billions of dollars in this fire . Is anyone looking at them .

Excellent question. Maybe they are... Amazing to think that people who make millions of dollars a year have MORTGAGES. Like Brittany Spears. It's rediculous. There is absolutely no reason that I can think of for someone who makes 3/4 millions dollars a MONTH to have a mortgage.

People who live in Malibu arent the ones defaulting on their loans. Detroit would be a better place to torch.BTW, Question, there are people who have mortgages because there are tax benefits to doing so.

they know it was started by a teenager. however, i am sure we will see plenty of conspiracy crap about this.
