| i have helped s'one raise a loan of $300,000.00 before and i have a fair knowledge of finance but i feel a bit out if depth on this one. so i shoot my mouth off to s'one who knows s'one who needs to raise $40,000,000.00 for a real estate project. now they have asked me to introduce my company to them and present my terms after which they would like to use my services. 1. what do i write2. who or what am i in this whole transaction now, cos i do not hold a licence to broker loans.3. does one really need a licences to broker or arrange loans?4. what are the fees usually charged ? is there a scale of fees, or a flat percentage?5. and what charges or fees should one levy: a one time fee or fees for various stages or various expenses ?6. when does one start collecting fees? can one get a commitment fee to start with and how much should that be?puttting together a proposal is not a problem, and in my country there are no licensee realestate agents and such like....... |

| You need a broker license who you have to be a real estate licensee working for a broker. If you are asking all these basic questions & don't know how to write a proposal, then you are not qualify to do the loan. A $300,000 loan is very very very very different from a $40 mil loan. You are not in that caliber yet. Sorry. |
