| Bird dog may not be the right term because I am going to do it the other way around, or maybe it still is the right word.. I am affliated with several licensed real estate brokers and my service is too look for the buyers for the properties in their listings. I have done the usual posting on craigslist, etc and am still looking for other ways. Maybe some of you can give me other suggestions on how to promote the properties and my service. thank youfrom the Philippines |

| Thats a very though guestion in todays market finding buyers is not eazy. If you truly have the ability to find discouted properties I might post bandit signs, stating" buy deeply discounted homes" or "buy Foreclosures" thats would probably be a good way to attract investors. |
