| Ok so I have Mozilla Firefox [version 2.0.0.9.] Before I downloaded this thing called Megaupload, whenever I typed something in in the navigation bar that wasn't an exact web address, it would go to Google and show the things I would be looking for. Like if I typed in "cookie" in the navigation bar, it would go to Google with all these results about cookies. Lol. But now, for some odd reason, it goes to Yahoo instead of Google and I don't like using Yahoo as my search engine. I already tried going up to the top of the screen and making Google my search engine. It didn't work. I've tried everything! I just want my dang Google back! :[Plus, if anyone could help me on this, I installed Greasemonkey and it says Enabled, but when I go on MySpace the icons nder the pictures don't show up! Help on this too plz? Also, I already completely un-installed and got rid of the Megaupload thing so I know that isn't the problem. |

| To the right of the address bar you should see the search box. Google should be showing, designated by the G. If not, click the down arrow next to the icon that is show and choose Manage Search Engines. Highlight Google and click the Move Up button until it reaches the top. Now Google will be the default search engine. For Greasemonkey, you can contact the author, Aaron Boodman, at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/user/2010 |
