my car just started making these clicking sound and couple of people said it might be a bad lifter, but im not too sure. the car is drivable but still need to fix and herd that ford probes is known to have this problem so any advice of what it can be, and is it expensive? you can also see a video of what im talking about in google just type in "NOISE FROM MY PROBE" on the video search engine

Valve gear needs attention,I suspect that the clearances are too large, try talking to a good mechanic.

Definitely a valve adjustment is in order, or your oil pressure is low.
