| does anyone know how to delete the drop down list of all the searches you've done. like on google, msn, yahoo, and all of those search engines, when you start to type something a drop down list of everything you've searched for shows up, i've tried deleted cookies and all of that but it doesnt take it away (neither does deleting history). my computer acts up when that list shows up. i dont know why, but getting rid of the list would solve my problem, please help! |

| From your IE7 browser text menu- Go to Tools>Internet Options>Browsing history- click delete button. Now look down that list to 'Form data' click delete button.Leave the Form passwords data, if you have windows remember passwords for various webpage sign-ons.As for Google search drop downs- enter something in the box and when the dropdown list appears, move the mouse pointer to the first entry. When it is highlighted begin tapping the delete key and they will delete one by one- You can also right click on any of them individually and delete or as I did, type A- delete all entries- type B- delete all entries etc...until you reach Z.Hope this helps...---Use protection, your computer will thank you. |
