| i have tried several times to suggest my site, spent ages over the description, only to enter the letters on the picture then it doesnt accept them even when they are exactly the same. also when you click feedback it says its unavailable.,and has done for weeks.whats going on ?are there any other directories that anyone can recommend and get good search results ? |

| While dmoz has historically been a showcat directory placement - the work involved has largely outweighed the benefit for some time. You will typically wait an excessively long time to see if you've been accepted with no accountability if you haven't. For my sites and my client's sites, we've found better benefit working through other directories. |
