| Hey guys...sorry if this sounds like a stupid question. I am brand new to blogging. Most blogs that I see have a link/button that says "comments" and when you click on that link , you are taken to a different screen to leave comments regarding a post. Well I started a blog on typepad, and I have it set up where people can leave comments on the main post, but I can't figure out how to make a button that will post the comments on a seperate page. Does this make sense to anyone? lol. If you can explain to me how to do this....please help out the newbee! Thanks |

| The button that says "comments" is actually linked to comments stored on a separate server. It can be a free service that helps to host all your comments. One example is at www.haloscan.com, after you create an account, the site will give you the html codes to paste on your website for linking to the comments. That means you have a separate place to monitor the comments and there're various settings you can adjust to your preference.Hope this helps! =) |
