My boyfriend is trying to help me get over some things from the past, he says that I can take as much time as I need but that I need to talk to him about it. I agree, it may be very hard, but it is necesary. The other day I put a quote relating to suicide online on my blog, he almost had a heart attack. Because at the same time I was "busy" on msn, and everything added up to, "F%$§§, my girlfriend is about to kill herself."I was actually thinking about it, but...I don't want him to worry that much, because I don't think I'd ever have the guts to do it. How can I make him not worry so much?

You could be stronger, for one. Some terrible shit has happened to me, but I never ever thought of suicide. I'm stronger than that and you can be too.Don't put quotes and stuff about suicide on your blog, that is really disrespectful to actual suicide victims. Also it is very juvenile and kinda emo. Ok, very emo.Sorry, but I have just fought so damn hard against negative circumstances in my life and I am better for it, it pisses me off when people get all mopey and don't do something about it. :(Go and see a counsellor, unless he is a professional psychiatrist, talking to him (while still very important) is not the only thing you should be doing.Also, be thankful he cares so much. Maybe ask him to come stay with you for a while, or go and stay with him. It will help you both feel better.

Tell her directly, you should be very happy to have such a bf, means he love you so much. Be happy in front of him, go anywhere and enjoy yourself. Then, he will worry less. Good luck ^^.

That happened to me once. What I did was I let my BF know what I was doing that night if I was doing anything, and if I was just staying at home and chilling, I let him come over a lot so he wouldn't be worried. When he finally saw that I wasn't going to do anything stupid, he backed off a little. Now were married and really happy.
