| Should I pay these tuition investing workshop to gain the knowlege of investing realestate? Are there such things " no money or credit need" to invest in realestates? |

| My suggestion is to stay away from these workshops. When you are done, they will have your money and you will have a lot of homework. If you want to invest in real estate, look for a real estate based mutual fund or some other instrument like that. Let the fund manager do the homework. Besides, trying to make money after someone else had to go through foreclosure on a home isn't my way of making money. |
