Okay, I heard about Dreamweaver CS3. I have Dreamweaver 8, but it looks like CS3 is better. I have Bravenet as my Webhosting. Can I use them with Dreamweaver CS3? Becuase I think they only accept HTML documents. Also, I have a account that has a lot of bandwith and a lot of space and a file manager. Bravenet only allows like 60 megs of space, do I need more if Im using CS3, becuase of all the effects? I played the videos, and it looked really cool, but I need to know if they all together is 60 megabytes. I really like Bravenet becuase of their features, but then, i dont like it becuase of their limitations. Can anyone give advice? Thanks

The app you're developing doesn't need space on the server, and doesn't have any impact on the hosting resources. It is the content you build that will use the space and it won't be any larger because of the program you're designing in.Similarly anything you create will be just html documents (aside from the images that will be the same as they are now) unless you're coding a php site or something like that - if they don't support php, they're crazy.Sounds like a really bunk hosting plan. You should check out http://balboatech.com/ --seriously the best, and it looks like they're still running the free hosting plan offer which is just a smaller plan that has less space than their $7/mo account.
