Have you ever checked out Geo cities with Yahoo? they have an area where you can do web pages and you do not have to know HTML all you have to do is follow their instructions and they help you set it up . There is a Free area and also pay areas.. you can check it out and decide which one you prefer.http://geocities.yahoo.com/

You can go with Geocities, Angelfire, or Bravenet. They're all reliable, I've used their webspace services before.

I've tried two or three- Earthlink has a Trellix Website builder, Yahoo has Geocities(thought it was hard to use) and Yahoo 360(this one is free, blog, and easy to use.

there are some hostings that when you become a member you get to become a reseller and you get your own panel etc etc.Another way is to set up your own server, it can be done for free but requires a little bit of knowledge, a broadband connection and a reliable PC that's always on.In the end it is easier to spend a few bucks and join people such as thesehttp://2765r4.prohost.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=YAH
