well it depends on what you need to do. There are many free webhosting services that could meet your requirements and just buy a domain. But as I said it depends what you want you use the site for. For more info go herehttp://web-master.uv.ro/web_hosting/web_hosting_free.html

Hello Mario,I have found that YAHOO has the BEST web hosting service. I have used their service for three years and have NO complaints about their splendid service and reasonable cost. Try it here; http://us.1.p.webhosting.yahoo.com

Easy.1. Find 10 possible hosting companies.2. Go to their support forums, 99% of those are open to the public.3. See how many people are pissed off at them.4. See how many techs interact with the users for things that don't tie up to a trouble ticket. For example, they will hang out in threads about mac v. pc, new movies, games, etc.5. See how often they post OOPSIE messages because a tech killed a server and backups got lost.6. See how proactive they are about planning down time instead of just scrambling when things die.7. see if they post a status board with every server that has hosting.8. Compare the mix between how much disk space you get and how much bandwidth you can waste.9. Look in the forums for complaints about upselling as a function of disk space or broadband.Disclaimer: I am my own web host. I got reseller accounts at two separate companies, and I resell my web capacity to my friends and coworkers. I even sell domains cheaper than even godaddy. Everything I mentioned in that list is the result from years of switching from host to host. There is a company in Florida called Surpass Hosting. They are ridiculously nice and very affordable. Their CTO pretty much lives in the support forums and everyone loves her. They survived a direct hurricane hit without going down. If she reads about a customer getting screwed by a tech, she goes ballistic and rights the wrong on the spot, no questions asked. Even if I stop reselling I will continue to host my blog (http://veraperez.com) with them for as long as I am still interested in blogging.I know other hosting companies, but none as good as the Surpass guys.
