| Most real estate agents only have access to Multiple Listing Service (MLS) data for their specific county. So, to get specific information on the property you would probably need to find an agent in the same county or city that the subject property is in. Finding an agent is easy. Just go to Google and type in "real estate agent city" where city is the city the property is in e.g. "real estate agent Boise". You should get quite a few results for agents in that city. Then just call them up and ask them about the property. Most homes that are in foreclosure were, or are, on the market and will have information in the local MLS. You can also talk to the broker in any larger real estate office and they should be able to direct you to an agent in that office that specializes in foreclosure properties.Good Luck! |

| The ID off RealyTrac will not help any realtor because they don't have access to that pay-for-listing web site. You see the listings you find on RealtyTrac are actually FREE. They simply take the information from the banks and the clerks and charge people. You need to look at the foreclosures with full information so a realtor can contact the appropriate bank to do an offer. There are links and sites on how to get those listings for FREE on this web site:http://www.InvestingWithoutLosing.comAlso, you don't need a realtor to do an offer with banks. You should pick up the book Complete Guide to Real Estate Tax Liens and Foreclosure Deeds: Learn in 7 Days by Don Sausa [isbn 0978834682] on how to invest in foreclosures. It's a good read. |
