| rials they received,they are using the interpretation of the law to not pay,filed lien ,been to litigator ,but the way the law reads turns a well documented and real debt into one that won't be heard due to loop holes that protect the home owner against contractors.I can't be heard since I was not a contractor.but run the risk of prosecution for being one.Neither one really matters since all labor costs were paid.Only materials are being charged.Worked for one full year,problem did not surface till the end.Documenting the events,one can see the premeditation and intent clearly,only to be obscured by the willingness to lie and the manipulation of the law,actions one would never expect from doctors and realtors.Does anyone know of a way to get truth and justice in the American way? |
