I was in contact with my prospect employer via email in 2005 about some technical questions of a Real Estate's website for my E-Business assignment, which is a content management product of theirs. He has asked me to give him a call right before I graduate as he might have a web developers role for me, and now I have my degree. How do I ask him nicely and politely for a job via email?

I suggest you call him, employers are more impressed with this kind of thing. Just be honest, and right to the point.
