| Two partner run business. Partner A assume partner B lie and try to take money from business. Client of partner B try to take money and run to Canada. Partner B explained, but partner A don't believe, and Client can't be witness. The lie didn't cost any money damage, company didn't loss money because of that. Can partner A sue partner B for Fraud, even no money damage? |

| It would probably cost more to sue than to dissolve the partnership. In California, I believe there must be money damages. Sounds like you can't prove your case. Fraud, in essence, means lying. This may come in handy if you have trouble dissolving the partnership, but why spend money on attorneys in a case you probably can't prove? I say get out of the partnership pronto.Good luck. |
