| Since I haven't used this application before I can't tell you how to use it, but what you need is a computer running a webserver with PHP and MySQL database.If you are new to this, you can try XAMPP which is a installer which will install the environment for you. It will install Apache (web server) with PHP and MySQL database with a few clicks.You can find out more here http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.htmlOnce you've installed XAMPP, you can test and make sure it works and proceed to install your Real Estate Classifieds.
