| I don't know how good yahoo real estate classifieds are but I love craigslist real estate classifieds I sold my condo on it its free and I put it up everyday |

| If you have plenty of listings, but no buyers, then your listings are probably overpriced. |

| In this market, every agent has plenty of listings and few buyers. Not much you can do. |
